Whittaker Office Solutions are delighted to announce that we have now achieved the following ISO accreditations.

ISO 9001 – Internal Quality Management, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management and ISO 18001 – Health and Safety Management.
Yes that’s right, we went for three in one go and after many weeks of checks and assessment we have passed with flying colours.
The ISO Accreditations are a way of proving to you the customer that we do what we say we’re doing. When we say that we have the best possible processes and systems in place to ensure that you always receive the best quality products and services, you can rest assured that we mean it and that an independent body has checked.
When we say that we are aware of our carbon foot print and put practices in place to lower it, it’s not just hot air, it is a commitment that we have made. All of our environmentally friendly policies have been observed and will continue to be observed in the future.
What these accreditations mean for your business:
By achieving the above accreditations we have shown a dedicated commitment to the areas of Quality Management, The Environment and Health and Safety. It assures you that your supplier has an appropriate quality program in place which guarantees continuity of service to you. One aspect of the accreditation involves a Business Recovery Plan which has been trialed and tested to ensure that if an unforeseen event such as flood or a fire meant that our building was destroyed, we could be up and running to full capacity within just 24 hours. This means that the impact to your business would be minimal. Not only this, but you are working with a company who can prove best practice working for employees and a real commitment to reducing their impact upon the environment.
