Day-to-day support from your committed customer service team at Whittaker Office Solutions.
When dealing with Whittaker Office Solutions you will be assigned an internal customer services contact who will deal with all your enquiries no matter how big or small as well as take your orders over the phone, via our Openbox online ordering system or simply email them your order.
Through regular training our customer services team are kept up to date with the office products industry to ensure you are buying efficient, quality products from our range of over 30,000 products.
As holders of the Investors in People accreditation we firmly believe in the highest levels of training and equipping all employees with multiple skills to improve our service and enable us to offer excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction.
Service Level surveys are conducted twice yearly to ensure we are exceeding your requirements. Of the surveys we have processed for our customers we are achieving 95% “excellent” rating with users.
We aim to resolve all our customer’s enquires within 24 hours. All enquiries are logged by the Customer Service Team and are reviewed at the end of each day by the Customer Service Manager to ensure they have been resolved. Some enquiries, such as specials, are unable to be resolved within this time, but customers are advised within the 24 hours deadline of an expected response.
