September marks the beginning of Computer Clean Month! The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness and promote the importance of a clean working environment.

There are many hazards on our computers and office equipment. Ignoring and not cleaning your work station and PC encourages a breeding ground for all types of nasty and infectious bacteria that could cause illness. Regular cleaning will dramatically reduce the risk of germs and bacteria breeding on your computer equipment.

• Desktop surface - 20,961 germs per square inch
• Keyboard - 3,295 germs per square inch
• Mouse - 1,676 per square inch
