All of our account managers are highly trained, motivated and experienced individuals.

Through dedicated account managers we are able to provide one-to-one relationships enabling us to deliver unrivalled personal service standards and overall satisfaction to our customers. With dedicated account management, each account manager is able to learn the intricacies of each customer account they look after, enabling them to provide a better service.

 

Each customer has a dedicated internal customer service contact that is responsible for the day to day running of your account, helping process your orders and queries.

 

Management information includes

  • The addition or deletion of products due to regular demand from agreed core list.

  • Suggestions of products which may be of interest to the customer.

  • Alternative product analysis, displaying where we may be able to save you money with our own branded goods.

 

 

Account review meetings

Regular reviews of your account will be conducted at your convenience to discuss your purchasing habits. We believe that regular meetings are critical to the customer / supplier relationship and give Whittaker Office Solutions a greater understanding of the customer’s business, which will enable us to provide an enhanced service. Reviews are backed up with detailed management information.
